I got a lot of questions in my blog post regarding the processing of NBI clearance that I can’t answer. So I tried it myself (clearance to travel abroad) at Robinson’s Galleria. It just took me about 30 minutes. No more messy finger marking. Every thing is digital.
Step 1. Fill up the form, present a valid ID (SSS, student, passport, company ID, voter’s ID) and pay P115
Step 2. Submit the form for encoding. Step 3. Photo capture and thumb mark.
Step 4. If not HIT, just wait for a minute of printing and release of NBI clearance. (Easy right?) If HIT, wait for 10 working days for validation.
For some special cases, items here still applies.
Robinson’s Galleria processing cut-off time is 6pm. Their office is at the lower ground (east wing if I’m not mistaken). Medyo mahirap po syang hanapin. But if you know Yellow Cab, just take the escalator at the left going down.

hindi nman need ang importante lang may nso ka ung lang nga hinanap sakin nag pa police clearance pa ako wala nman kwenta
kumuha po ako ng nbi clearnce ko sa rob imus at may kapangalan po ako…3wiks daw po bago ko ma claim yun nbi ko…pagpunta ko po sa rob imus…sabi po sa akin dapat daw magpunta po ako sa main for claiming….dapat po bang duon ako dapat magpunta sa main branch?
i am presently working her in abu dhabi u.a.e and i need NBI clearance from phil. how many months or day will be the processing and can i send autorization letter in my behalf to my sister? what is the procedure?
