• Surprises are meant to surprise us. Therefore each day be prepared for any surprise that will come.
• In decision making, don’t rush. Wrong decisions can never be taken back and its result can never be reverted
• God allows things to happen for a reason and a purpose… To teach us lessons for our own good and the people around us
• We can’t be everything to everyone. We can’t play all the roles in everyone’s life. We can’t please everybody.
• Never burnout your mind, body and emotion. It will affect everything.
• When we commit mistake, better admit it early than pretending we didn’t. Don’t lie as well. It will create more trouble in the long run.
• No matter how our clients pressures us on deadlines, remember they are still our clients. They paid for our salaries.
• If your expectations aren’t met, set higher expectations next time.
• Emotional pressure > Work Pressure. It’s really far harder and disturbing.  Finally,
• It isn’t always the best man wins. It isn’t always the best applicant is hired. It isn’t always the best employee receives the award. It isn’t always the best team wins the championship game. It isn’t always the best guy wins a woman’s heart.

Really random isn’t it? It only means one thing, the past week is indeed very stressful in the body, mind and heart.

And the highlight….

sweetest surprise…late realization…saddest reality…perfect stupidity(of me) *sigh*

A simple thought that I told to a good friend of mine. A thought that was given more color than its meaning. A thought that bothered one’s mind and enlightened another.

A thought that once I told myself and here goes how it works.

The past few days, work has been so toxic. Attending two or more client meeting in a day; going on-field to catch up 7′oclock in the morning schedule; go back at the office to delegate task and assist the team in completing project deliverables. It’s really very tiring. I feel so exhausted…really exhausted.

While being super busy at work, there goes my friend’s father in the hospital. I receive text message from my sister asking for allowance, for payment of tuition fee. Our under-construction house is waiting for fund to be completed. Electric, water, phone and internet bill are coming. Really stressful! *sigh*

But the good thing about it, each morning I wake up, God gave me strength to continue and keep going. I would receive text messages from great people; enough messages to make a tired heart smile. I could see people greeting me so warm. I talk to people who makes me feel that they believe in me. I remember people whom I know they are praying for my safety and healing. I meet new people whom I can share, learn and work with. I receive invitation from people who wants to hear me speak and mingle with them again after so long.

I really don’t have to worry. I really don’t have to fear. I just have to be thankful of being stressed at work. Simply because many people are worried on how to find a job. More blessings are coming. More projects are closed by our Sales Team while other companies are closing.

For in everything I need; for in everything I ask the Lord. He provide. Tough times like this when all I know is trust and believe in Him, good things come along.
